User Agreement and Acceptance
By accessing The Prevost Foundry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement forms a binding contract between you and Prevost Industries Ltd. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of our website and its virtual machines. Your continued use of our platform constitutes your acceptance of these rules of the factory floor.
Age Requirements (18+ Mandatory)
The heavy machinery of The Prevost Foundry is strictly reserved for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to access and play our social casino games. By using this site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts if we suspect a user is under the age of 18.
Strict 'No Real Money' Guarantee & Virtual Currency Status
The Prevost Foundry operates entirely on a simulated economy. Our in-game currency, Forged Credits (FC), is provided for free and is intended solely for recreational gameplay. Forged Credits hold zero real-world value, cannot be purchased, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be withdrawn. This platform does not offer real-money gambling, and success in our games does not imply future success in real-world gambling scenarios.
Account Security and Disciplinary Actions
If you choose to create an account to save your industrial ranks and blueprint progress, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Prevost Industries reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, act abusively toward other users or staff, or attempt to exploit the platform's systems.
Prohibited Activities and Automated Bots
The assembly line requires honest labor. Users are strictly prohibited from using automated bots, scripts, or scraping tools to interact with our games, manipulate the Shift Whistle Mutator, or artificially inflate their Forged Credit balances. Any attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the server infrastructure will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the Foundry.
Intellectual Property Rights of Prevost Industries
All content within The Prevost Foundry, including game mechanics, visual assets, the steampunk lore, logos, and the Prevost Industries brand, are the exclusive intellectual property of Prevost Industries Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and play the games for personal entertainment. You may not copy, distribute, or modify our intellectual property without express written consent.
Limitations of Legal Liability
Our virtual games are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Prevost Industries makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access or error-free gameplay. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prevost Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including data loss or temporary server outages.
